Permolit Permobinder is a concentrated, water-based acrylic primer for absorbent and dusty interior or exterior mineral surfaces. It penetrates the substrate, binds loose particles, regulates absorption and helps reduce topcoat consumption and colour variation. Dilute at the manufacturer’s specified ratio before use and allow the primed surface to dry fully. ​
